Alden will offer refunds on registration fees until December 31, 2019, minus a $50 cancellation fee. After December 31, 2019, participants will be responsible for the full registration fee and no refunds will be offered. However, we will accept attendee substitutions from within your company until the date of conference. Requests for refunds must be received in writing to Ashley Little at 10 Inverness Center Parkway, Ste 500, Birmingham, AL 35242.
