Attendance Policy
Attendance at this conference is limited to Alden ONE clients and their industry partners. Alden reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to rescind or decline any registration at any time if it is determined that the registrant does not meet the eligibility requirements established for this conference. If a registration is canceled under this policy, Alden will notify the registrant promptly. This policy is in place to ensure that the conference maintains its focus on serving our clients and their key stakeholders, and to foster a collaborative environment aligned with Alden’s mission.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unable to attend and need to cancel your registration, cancellations made 90 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of conference registration fees (less Square processing charges). Cancellations made within 60–90 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of the event. Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee and must be cancelled directly with the hotel.
