Alden One Basic Clients and Users have a free subscription to the platform and have been granted shared data access by another Pro Client Company or User.
Unsure of your subscription type? Check your user profile directly in the application.
1) Log in to Alden One at www.aldenone.com
2) At the top right of the screen, you will see user name, company name, and user status – either Basic User or Pro User.
