Business logic The business processes that make up JRM™ were developed as a result of Alden’s extensive experience in joint use services.  We have taken industry best practices and expert knowledge and built them into JRM™ so that any company, regardless of the size of their staff, can benefit.

JRM™ can manage poles, audit incoming bills, produce billing data, facilitate joint use inventories, manage maintenance and safety issues, and provide data to engineering, asset accounting, and finance organizations.
Extensive reporting JRM™ has a number of built-in reports to facilitate normal workflows. As an example, one useful management report shows cash inflows and outflows for a particular wirecenter. You can easily see the most profitable and most expensive relationships.  The key focus of the built-in reports is providing accurate and actionable data.

In addition, because JRM™ runs on an industry standard database (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, others) your current reporting tools can be used.

All data grids have an export to Microsoft Excel function that makes it easy to perform your own data analysis.
Mapping Once GPS coordinates have been collected (or imported from your GIS system) the associated facilities can be displayed on maps or aerial photographs. Industry standard mapping makes this feature easy to use and provides frequent updates of the land base.
Audit Log All users have unique IDs and those IDs are used to tag data update events in an audit log.  It is easy to see what data was last updated and who performed the update.
Security & Administration

The application is fully protected by its own authentication module, which can be interfaced to your corporate security gateway.

All screens and functions are secured by role-based permissions.  You can allow one group to see a page, and another to update the data on the page, and a third group to delete data.  The system is driven from data tables and is incredibly flexible.
